SCC November Community Dinner Event

THE SCC’S TRADITIONAL ANNUAL TURKEY & HAM  DINNER ($20),

FOLLOWED BY THE AWARD-WINNING APPALACHIAN – INSPIRED STORYTELLER,  ADAM  BOOTH.

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 17

Enjoy a three-course themed dinner: starting with hors d’oeuvres; then turkey,  ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, & ending with pumpkin pie. All our dinners are prepared on the day of the dinner, with fresh ingredients, by an SCC board member. (starting at 6:30 & ending at 9 at the War Memorial Building, German & King Streets)

Following dinner & conversation with your table-mates sit back, relax, and enjoy a unique performance by the national award-winning storyteller: Adam Booth (www.adam-booth.com) –  musician, Shepherd University faculty member (Department of Music), and creator of the Speak Story Series (www.speakwv.org) in the War Memorial Building.

To commemorate its founding the SCC has produced a 70th anniversary APRON, on sale at the dinner for $15. (Net proceeds support the SCC’s War Memorial Building and Morgan’s Grove Park)
