Celebrate the Appalachian region with a weekend full of dance, music, and traditional culture in the heart of West Virginia’s oldest town.

SATURDAY, Sept. 27:
OLD-TIME STRING BAND CONTEST
($1,000 1st prize/$250 2nd place)
FREE WORKSHOPS
COMMUNITY SINGING (Gospel and Shape Note)
EXHIBITS AND HISTORIC TOURS of Shepherdstown
SHOWCASE CONCERT featuring JOHN LILLY featuring GOOD FOOT DANCE COMPANY, CHEAT MOUNTAIN MINSTRELS featuring Jerry and Jesse Milnes with John Rossbach, gospel musician ANGIE RICHARDSON, and the top two bands from the String Band Competition in a final showdown.
